Refunds, Returns, Exchanges,
& Order Policies
 

The following policies apply to purchases made directly through Coolaroo.com and Coolaroousa.com. Please review all sections carefully prior to placing your order.

• Requests for refunds must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery (per carrier tracking). Requests for exchanges or store credit must be initiated thirty (30) days of confirmed delivery (per carrier tracking). Requests submitted after these timeframes are not eligible, and all sales will be considered final.
• All refunds, exchanges, and store credits are subject to review and approval at Coolaroo's sole discretion. Approved refunds are limited to the original purchase price of the product. Shipping, handling, and oversize item fees are non-refundable, except in cases of verified defect, damage, or error, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
• Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
• Coolaroo reserves the right to limit or deny any request in cases of misuse, excessive requests, or where eligibility requirements are not met.
• Coolaroo is not responsible for any costs related to installation, dismantling, or removal of products.
• To reduce waste and unnecessary shipping, Coolaroo does not process standard returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, our team is available to assist and will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with this policy and applicable warranty coverage. THIRD PARTY PURCHASES

This policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly from Coolaroo.com or Coolaroousa.com. Products purchased through third-party retailers, distributors, or marketplaces must be handled through the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s policies. Coolaroo does not process refunds, exchanges, or store credit for items not purchased directly through its websites.

ORDER CHANGES & PRICING

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or edited once they have been confirmed. Customers are responsible for ensuring all order, contact, and payment details are accurate at checkout.

Prices are subject to change at any time wihout prior notice.

Price adjustments will not be made for prior or future purchases.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

To reduce waste and unnecessary shipping, we do not process standard returns, bCertain Coolaroo products may be covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, as outlined in the applicable product warranty documentation.

Warranty claims are separate from and not subject to this policy. After the applicable refund or exchange window has expired, the sole remedy for eligible issues will be in accordance with the terms of the applicable warranty.

The warranty does not provide for refunds, returns, or store credit unless otherwise required by law. Additional terms, conditions, and limitations apply – please refer to the full warranty policy for details.
