  • Has my order shipped?

    Once your order ships, you can log into your account and find your tracking information in the order status section, or look for an email with tracking details once your item has shipped so you can follow its delivery.

     
  • Where can I view my tracking information?

    Tracking details are available within 3 business days of shipment. You can contact us via chat or email for your tracking number if you haven’t received it. 
     
  • How much is the shipping fee and how long until my order arrives?

    Shipping costs depend on your order size, delivery location, and whether your order ships within the contiguous 48 states, to U.S. states or territories outside the contiguous 48, or internationally. Shipping rates are displayed during checkout.

     
  • I haven’t received the password-reset email. What should I do to regain access or reset my password?

    Check your spam or junk folder, as the email may have been filtered there. If it’s not there, try sending the request again or contact our customer support team for help.

     
  • How do I register my warranty so I’m covered?
