Shipping & Handling  

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days and shipped promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your chosen shipping method, product size, and destination. 

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States (US), Canada, and Mexico*. Orders outside of the 48 contiguous US states may include additional customs or handling fees. 

Please note, we only ship retail products to Canada and Mexico. Custom roller shades are available for shipment within the 48 contiguous United States only. Custom roller shades should be ordered by contacting our US Customer Service team at 1-800-560-4667.  

Backorders (Out of Stock)  

Occasionally, popular items sell out faster than expected. If a backordered item is delayed for more than 30 days, we’ll email you with an update.  

If an item becomes unavailable, our Customer Service team will reach out to offer alternatives or an estimated restock date so your project stays on track. If none of the options work for you, you can cancel at no charge.  

Your payment is only processed when items are ready to ship.  

Returns  

To reduce waste and unnecessary shipping, we do not process standard returns, but if something is not right with your order, our team is here to help.
