Question:

I need to adjust the shade tension on my roller shade. How do I do this?

Answer:

You can adjust chain tension if needed. If chain tension is too tight (chain is difficult to pull), slide off bracket cover and loosen four (4) screws: turn counter clockwise. If chain tension is too loose (chain pulls too easily), slide off bracket cover and tighten four (4) screws; turn clockwise.
Question:

How do I measure for a replacement roller shade if I want to use the same brackets that I have mounted?

Answer:

You must measure the outside of the bracket to the outside of the other bracket - this way, the shade tube and cloth will fit into the existing bracket. Measure the barrel width of your existing roller shade, not including the tips that are inserted into the bracket.
Question:

Why are there no brackets included for my roller shades? How can I get them?

Answer:

There are brackets for all shades included which can be mounted as a Wall Mount, Ceiling Mount or Side Mount. Every shade should have rackets for mounting, please call 800#, Customer Service to order a replacement set. Roller shades can be installed with three types of brackets (universal bracket, inside mount, outside mount).
Question:

Do the shades come with any kind of tie-down hardware in case they are subjected to wind?

Answer:

Two metal loops permanently screwed into the bottom bar included with your blind. An eyehook and chain with 's' hook is attached to the wall or post just below the shades. The 's' hook (with attached chain) and bottom bar eyehook simply are put together when desired. You simply pull the lift chain until it is taut and the tie-downs keep the shade in place.
Question:

When choosing the fabric, can you choose what color head rail you get?

Answer:

No, they are predetermined.
Question:

Is there glue inside of the rods on the back of the shade or is the fabric secured in the rods witho

Answer:

The edges of the fabric panels have a glue bead on each side and then they are placed into the support rods.
Question:

Is the warranty for the clips on the back a limited lifetime or is it 3 or 5 years?

Answer:

The entire shade has a limited lifetime warranty of 3 or 5 years, depending on the shade.
Question:

Are Roman Shades treated with anything? Acrylic finish?

Answer:

No, the acrylic finish is needed for pleat retention in cellular. These fabrics do not need to be treated. They are 100% polyester and have a fairly flat face/surface when assembled into a shade, which makes them easy to clean.
